The New Channel (TNC) has consistently shown its support for Kalye Negosyo’s mission. It plays a crucial role in promoting and connecting local government units, aspiring entrepreneurs, and mentors/enablers within the entrepreneurial community. In this endeavor, TNC’s hosts, Jorge and Jenny Wieneke, played pivotal roles in the launch of Kalye Negosyo.
In 2013, Kalye Negosyo originated as a mentorship initiative aimed at assisting street vendors in Makati. Its primary objective was to enhance the quality of life for these street entrepreneurs by legitimizing their ventures and fostering sustainability through educational guidance.
In this 4th session of Kalye Negosyo held last 10 August 2023, mentorees are learning the importance of the ways of marketing in this digital world. The conversation also sheds light on the understanding of how wealth and success will start in each individual and aspiring entrepreneurs.
