The New Channel supports Hey Moonshine, a southern rock band who sing songs about peace, justice and social awareness. Aside from spreading their music to promote these values, the band actively helps in outreach and feeding programs, benefit concerts and raisers and have stood up for transparent and honest governance.
On 23 June 2023, Hey Moonshine is releasing a new song entitled “Simulan Mo Na”, where they encourage the people to start standing up for truth and righteousness. They will be celebrating this milestone with a Song Release Party on the same date at the Music KZ Bar in Pasay City.
Together with Hey Moonshine, there will also be performances by Dong Abay Music Organization, Nica del Rosario, Bita and the Botflies and Piranha. There will also be a special appearance by Atty. Luke Espiritu and Teddy Baguilat.
