The New Channel‘s President and Chief Executive Producer, Ms. Apple Esplana-Manansala, is set to represent TNC and speak again at the upcoming Asia Tech x Singapore (ATxSG), Asia’s flagship tech event which will be held in Singapore from June 6-9, 2023.
In 2022, Ms. Apple Esplana-Manansala represented The New Channel (TNC) at the tech event as a speaker and as a part of Broadcast Asia. This was one of the significant milestones for TNC last year since this is the first time that they have participated in a regional South East Asian event.
This year, The New Channel has been invited once again to become a part of the whole Broadcast Asia segment. However this year, TNC will have a bigger engagement opportunity since they are tasked to chair the entire area dedicated to Broadcast Asia and Artificial Intelligence (AI) tracks for three days.
Aside from Ms. Apple, three other TNC hosts will be at Singapore to attend the event and head the Broadcast Asia tracks. These are Ms. Celia Jacob of #BusinessBrewsAndBeyond, Haydee Ida Jaldon of #MoneyAndMore, and Anj Cabuquit of #TNCMarketplace. When asked about this opportunity, Ms. Anj Cabuquit had this to say, “I have been attending international events to represent my current company as my job, and I’m just so glad that a passion project and my contribution to TNC is being seen. And for the first time, I am going out of the country to represent it. So I’m so excited to be with my colleagues, especially Ms. Apple, to represent TNC on a regional scale.” For three consecutive days, #TNCPresscon and one of these amazing women will take charge each day and handle the Broadcast Asia and Artificial Intelligence (AI) tracks.
On 9 June 2023, Ms. Apple will talk about ATxEnterprise: BroadcastAsia. She will explore the topic on “Innovations in Content Creation, Distribution and Monetisation”. This talk brings together telecommunications, broadcast and media, satellite, and enterprise solutions into exhibition marketplaces and conferences. This session will be held at the BroadcastAsia Stage – Hall 6. Ms. Apple shared that, “Last year was already an amazing experience, and I was so flattered when the opportunity to chair the Broadcast Asia segment was offered to us. I couldn’t say no and I’m glad that my friends and family in TNC didn’t have second thoughts about participating and joining. I’m very excited to conquer this side of the world together with them.”
Asia Tech x Singapore event is organized by the Infocomm Media Development Authority (IMDA) and Informa Tech. This event is also supported by the Singapore Tourism Board (STB). This well-anticipated and well-attended global event intersects technology with society and the digital economy. It drives conversations across business, tech, and government.
