UNALYTICS, HRnFLEX Partner for HR Benefits Solutions

It’s the union of tech and treats. Unalytics and HRnFLEX entered a partnership agreement in simple ceremonies held at the Udenna Tower office last December 11, 2024. Unalytics is data analytics solutions tech company the DITO CME group and HRnFLEX is an app-based solutions provider also known for its affiliate company Share Treats.

The signing marked the official partnership between the companies after completing months of negotiations. The partnership aims to leverage the strengths of both Unalytics and HRnFLEX to introduce a unique HR platform in the market.

Developed over years of mastering HR practices and employee engagement, the platform is app-based and transacted through social media. As a product, Share Treats-HRnFLEX offer simplified and benefit-inclusive solutions for clients.

With the partnership, Unalytics is the Master Distributor of HRnFlex and Share Treats in the Philippine market. Despite local challenges in market penetration, the partnership is expected to grow the platform.

Says Donald Lim, President and Chief Operating Officer of DITO CME and concurrent Chief Technology Officer of Udenna Corporation, “This is a fantastic product, it’s unique—and because it’s Korean produced we can help HRnFLEX break through the local market. Through the strengths of both our companies, I am optimistic that we can push this further and provide that benefit to more people.”

Adds Hong Bae Lee, President of HRnFlex, “We invented this new service after a few years of understanding HR practice and employee engagement. We found there’s no unique platform for HR like ours that is as simple and as easy as possible that can be bundled with the employee benefits. This partnership will help give this privilege and benefit by reaching many company HRs in the country.”

“In collaboration with our partners and resellers, we aim to further expand the market share of HRnFlex’s different products and solutions targeted towards the MSMEs and corporations with the aim to target a minimum of 100,000 employees across different industry verticals,” says Unalytics General Manager Rudyard Sunga.

Next on the agenda, Unalytics and HRnFLEX will conduct different sales and marketing campaigns, including intimate gatherings of the top decision makers in their own markets.
