The Philippine Global Explorers (PGE) marked its 5th Founding Anniversary on 27 July 2024 with a grand celebration at the Heroes Hotel, honoring the organization’s remarkable journey of fostering a deep passion for exploration and cultural exchange.
As a global community for Filipino world travelers, PGE has been instrumental in fostering a supportive community for Filipino travelers worldwide. Since its inception in 2019, the organization has leveraged collective knowledge and experiences to positively impact both the Philippines and its communities.
The New Channel (TNC) proudly supports the Philippine Global Explorers and its mission to inspire and empower, connecting Filipinos across borders and inspiring change. As a platform that promotes positive societal impact through media and storytelling, TNC believes in the power of exploration to broaden perspectives, build stronger communities, and foster understanding among cultures. By partnering with organizations like PGE, TNC amplifies stories that inspire Filipinos to explore beyond borders while maintaining strong ties to their heritage.
The anniversary celebration, hosted by Andrea Umali and Lowela Ramos, brought together the organization’s members and board of directors including Riza Rasco, PGE Founder and Chairman; Atty. Dominador Buhain, PGE Co-founder and Vice Chairman; and Dr. Rambi Francisco, PGE Co-founder and Board Director, for an unforgettable evening filled with fun games, dinner, dancing, music, and good company, providing a platform for PGE members to reconnect, share stories, and celebrate their collective achievements.
Over the past five years, PGE has embarked on numerous expeditions to various corners of the globe. These journeys have not only enriched the lives of the explorers but have also deepened their understanding of diverse cultures and traditions.
