Rizal, Philippines – The Pintô Art Museum and Arboretum hosted the closing ceremony of the exhibition “Buen Viaje: Manila-Acapulco-Manila” on 23 June 2024.
The event featured a procession of the Our Lady of Peace and Good Voyage icon, a blend of spiritual reverence and cultural celebration. The event began with a lecture on culinary influences between the Philippines and Mexico, followed by a Mexican-inspired fiesta at Pintô Academy.
This exhibit not only honored the beloved icon but also highlighted the rich cultural and spiritual heritage presented in the exhibition.
