The initiative included a “Salamuch!” virtual wall and physical drop boxes for handwritten notes, both receiving thousands of heartfelt messages.
The culminating event on April 17 featured fun activities, games, raffles, and special McDonald’s meals for crew members. Notable highlights included the presentation of “Salamuch Crew” certificates and a surprise video appearance by Nikko Natividad, sharing his journey from food service crew to success in the entertainment industry.
Ben Marasigan, Vice President for Human Capital Group, highlighted McDonald’s commitment to an inclusive workplace culture, driven by progressive people practices championed by Chairman Dr. George Yang.
