Manila, Philippines—The Philippine Global Explorers (PGE), a non-profit organization uniting Filipinos who have visited at least 20 countries and territories, successfully hosted its 4th Annual Grand Meet-up and the First Philippine Travel Masters Award, a landmark event that celebrates the spirit of Filipino adventure and honors individuals who have ventured into every corner of the Philippines and showcased extraordinary dedication to exploring the diverse beauty of the country.
The grand event, held at The Bellevue Manila in Filinvest City, Alabang, brought together a diverse group of Filipino travelers, distinguished leaders in the tourism industry, and passionate advocates of Philippine culture and heritage, creating an inspiring celebration of exploration and achievement—celebrating its accomplishment in creating a positive impact in local communities across the country through various projects.
The highlight of the event was the awarding of the Philippine Travel Masters Award, a prestigious recognition bestowed upon Filipino trailblazers who have not only visited all 82 provinces of the Philippines but also met rigorous verification standards that were set and designed with the guidance of Mr. Thomas Buechler, creator of NomadMania’s verification standards for world travelers.
Among the distinguished honorees were Atty.
