Perlas ng Silangan Basketball League (PSBL) celebrated its grand opening at the Araneta Coliseum, launching the largest and most extensive grassroots developmental basketball league in the country.
This landmark event, with the theme “Araw Ng Bagong Kabataang Pilipino”, marks the beginning of a comprehensive training, nutrition, and well-being program aimed at nurturing a new generation of Filipino athletes.
The grand opening ceremonies brought together government officials, private sector leaders, and civil society organizations (CSOs) to support a strategic youth basketball program. This initiative aims to modernize and uplift LGU-based sports models through private sector partnerships
The PSBL Grand Opening has set a new benchmark for grassroots sports development in the Philippines, promising a bright future for the nation’s young athletes.
