Insights from various experts underscored the adaptability, resilience, and creativity of Filipinos, emphasizing the country’s strong workforce in technology, customer service, and emerging sectors like NFTs and cryptocurrency. Attendees also explored the advantages of building careers in tech-forward industries, particularly the Filipino adaptability and high English proficiency.
The summit concluded with a summary of the core strengths of Filipino talent: communication, creativity, kindness, customer service, social media proficiency, adaptability, toughness, resilience, flexibility, and a strong work ethic, leaving attendees inspired by the immense possibilities for Filipino talent, especially in blockchain, digital arts, and other tech-driven industries.
