Comprising parents, caregivers, and others passionate about babywearing, the group offers guidance, information, and advice on various aspects of babywearing. They frequently exchange personal stories, suggest different types of carriers, and discuss breastfeeding and related topics.
Babywearing Filipinas strives to assist parents and caregivers in simplifying and enhancing the child-rearing process through the use of Ergonomic baby carriers. Their commitment extends to supporting local weavers and individuals with disabilities, particularly mothers and babies.
The founder, Jennelyn Alegarbez, has coined this cause “Ikaw ang Aking Paa at Ikaw ang Aking Mata” (You Are My Feet and You Are My Eyes), echoing the voices of newborns, babies, and children with disabilities, including autism and cerebral palsy.
