This event is a collaboration between the Philippine Navy and the International Relations Committee of the City of Manila, and Presented by Galerie Joaquin and Art Lounge Manila and will take place on the 7th (The Prologue) and 11th of October 2023 (MAIN EVENT/ INTERNATIONAL LAUNCH).
